A: The monthly rental rate is based on you mowing the lawn. A self-propelled push mower is provided. The lawn is small; lawn maintenance typically takes 30 minutes.

A: You'll find a generous supply of plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, mugs, serving pieces, can & wine bottle openers, cooking and bake-ware, dish towels and wash cloths. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, coffee grinder, electric griddle, hand mixer and tea kettle as well. A BBQ is available for your use (stored in the shed; bring a few charcoal briquettes).
