2013 Rates: $150/night (up to 4 people) plus a prepaid cleaning fee of $60.

Payments: via check or PayPal (credit card payment processing, no need to be a PayPal member).

Check in: after 4:00 pm
Check out: before 11:30 

Early booking:  50% deposit required to hold reservation. Balance due 30 days before arrival date. 
Short-notice booking:  100% payment due if booking is less than 30 days from arrival.
Refund Policy: half of the 50% booking deposit will be refunded if reservation cancelled less than 14 days before your arrival. Reservations cancelled with more than 14 days notice will be refunded in full, minus credit card processing fees.
All rates are in US funds.
